Broughton and Old Dalby Parish Council was deeply saddened to learn about the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh.

Since his marriage to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 20th November 1947, the Duke dedicated his life to serving this nation and being Her Majesty's 'Strength and Stay' throughout their marriage.
